As part of continued growth and specifically within our Geotech department, we now have an new opportunity for a Trainee Technician to become a vital member of our team.
Based from Normanton, you will be work alongside our Lead Drillers learning the process and operation of multi-purpose geotechnical rotary drilling rigs and dynamic sampling rigs to produce high quality geotechnical sampling, coring, open holing and in-situ testing.
Following instruction, you will install geotechnical and geo-environmental monitoring equipment.
Working outside throughout the UK, you must have a clean full UK driving licence and be willing to stop away overnight and work weekends.
You will ensure that materials, equipment and plant are stored correctly, inspected and maintained, and follow company operational and health and safety procedures.
