Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity in the Eastern region for 2 Quantity Surveyors to join our team in Normanton.
As we gear up for an exciting phase with CP7 ERP volumes increasing and the launch of our new Northumbrian Water Framework in 2025, we are on the lookout for two talented Quantity Surveyors to join our high-performing Eastern Team.
Location
Based out of our regional offices in Normanton and York, with occasional travel to project sites.
The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of the commercial function i.e. Cost & Value Reconciliation, Change Management, Subcontractor Procurement.
You will collaborate closely with a talented team, contributing to a diverse and exciting portfolio of civil engineering projects.
You will be client focused and build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues, and supply chain partners.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualifications: Holds relevant qualifications.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the rail industry, infrastructure, civils, and frameworks.
- Specialised Knowledge: Preferably experienced with the NEC3/4 suite of contracts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at developing close relationships, especially with key project influencers.
- Organisational Skills: Well-organised and disciplined, with the ability to accurately analyse and report information.
- Initiative and Planning: Confident in working independently with strong planning and preparation skills.
