We have a great opportunity for you to begin your Story journey in this new role, supporting the Regional Director, at an exciting time of growth in our highly successful, family-owned, civil engineering business.
The role will initially be located in Birmingham City Centre with planned relocation out of the city from around July 2025.
Key Responsibilities;
- Support Regional Director
- Responsible for day to day office administration at the Birmingham Office
- Provide professional, effective and efficient ‘front of house’ service at Birmingham for Story visitors, customers and colleagues
- Ensure effective relationship management
- Provide administration support to colleagues that is efficient and effective as required

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in providing professional secretarial support at senior levels
- Excellent IT skills, expanding through to MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of office management and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build good working relationships quickly
- Experience of minute taking
- Experience of diary management
