We have an exciting opportunity for a Hire Desk Resource Planner to begin their story as part of our Plant Services team based in our Head Office, Carlisle. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of being hardworking, grounded, and proud of the work they do.
The right candidate will be a self-starter with an eye for detail. They will employ logic and precision to ensure the efficient meeting of deadlines and will have strong communication skills to build rapport and relationships quickly.
Key parts of the role will include organising the hiring of external Plant for our internal and external customers, liaising with suppliers and ensuring all orders are processed in line with systems and process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of large and small plant
- Excellent administrative and IT skills – particularly in Microsoft packages and procurement systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of customer service
- Ability to analyse data and report anomalies
