We have a new vacancy within the People Team working from our Carlisle office and reporting into the Head of People, you will be working closely with L & D Partner and stakeholders throughout the business to create engaging and accessible digital content.
The Digital Learning Co-Ordinator will:
- Develop engaging and interactive eLearning programs tailored for all areas of the business.
- Utilise tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and AI-powered voice generation to create compelling content.
- Lead the instructional design process, transforming design briefs into innovative learning experiences.
- Stay informed on emerging eLearning trends to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality projects on time
- Generate and analyse comprehensive training reports from the Learning Management System (LMS).
